Small Group Sessions
Small group sessions are an opportunity for family members, co-workers and friends to come together and share their common experiences while participating in the empowering activities of boxing. These sessions are especially healing and supportive in addition to being fun and clearing. The very dynamic of training with others you already have a connection with, opens up a space to be more uninhibited to fully enjoy this exciting physical activity. Many people who have thought they would enjoy boxing, but who have also felt reluctant to have finally given it a try in a small group session. These are just a few reasons to schedule your own class.
If you would like to train with other like minded individuals, but are isolated from a peer group or from family members, please contact me. I am happy to arrange small groups specific to common experience ie., women in transition, recently bereaved.
